Returns Policy

Here at Fancy Dress Delivered customer satisfaction is very important to us, and so we offer a 30 day hassle free: return and refund or replacement policy. 

If you would like to return unwanted goods please send them back in their original condition for a refund (Postage costs are not refundable). If the products are faulty or we sent them in error, we will offer the option of a refund or replacement and we will fully refund your return postage costs.

To return an item:

• Include a slip with the reason for return
• Please include your order number or if you do not have your order number your full name will be fine
• We will need delivery, invoice address and a contact telephone number
• We suggest using first class post, however this is not essential.
